Outstanding collection of this hard to find set, fully complete and in such fabulous condition. 2.5" x 4.13" in vibrant blue silk with titling in gilt on the spines and with four bands of blocking and a narrow impressed margin on both the front and back cover. All edges of all books are still brilliantly gilded, flower and leaf pattern on endpapers. The Poetical Literary Greats are represented; Shakespeare (12 Volumes), Milton (2 Vols.), Hood (2 Vols.), Burns (2 Vols.), Scott (2 Vols.), Longfellow (2 Vols.) and Wordsworth (2 Vols.). The wooden case with roll-up front door, which has housed and protected this set, is in very good condition as well. Only a 1" rub on top center, not affecting the "Miniature Library of Poets" embossed on front. Item #955
