A blue revenue stamps on the upper left margin of each page. The rear has faded areas, especially the quadrants exposed to two centuries of folding, some light fade has bled through to the rear, fifth page, but the rest are in quite fine clean condition. The content of this document describes the terms of indenture payment for Thomas Lant in the amount of 170-pounds plus 5-pounds interest. This appears to be a complex mortgage document for a piece of property with buildings and workshops in situ. Very good. Item #2905
