A young Billy Brown excised the title page from this book and sent it to his favorite author of the time to be signed. Not only did Clarke sign the page, he replied with a copy of a form letter explaining his life circumstances and answering the questions most often asked by autograph seekers. In Clarke's hand, he addresses "Billy" in the salutation and closes with "Your letter received in London today, Good Luck! Arthur C Clarke" The book is G+ because of title page, 2-sided enclosure letter is fine minus mailing folds. Item #2884
