Addressed to Michael Andrews, Director, Salomon, Inc., Clinton thanks Andrews for his support of the economic and deficit reduction package. Included is a copy of House Resolution 2264. 2pp., August 10, 1993 signed by Thomas Foley, Speaker of the House, Robert Byrd, President of the Senate Pro tempore and William J. Clinton. H.R. 2264, 10" x 15", off-white, thick stock, light red boarder around resolution wording, light fade around the borders from previous frame mounting. All three pages have two pieces of cloth tape on the rear from previous mounting.
